On another note, there have been a few changes in our club and one is house rules and club policies.

Ground Rules
1.I want everyone's macros as short as possible at this point
no more then 7 - 10 lines please. (Greetings / Lobby Rules)

2.No more Nastiness towards hosts and or players........will be grounds for dismissal from hillbillies

3.All hosts are to have at least 1 event on the schedule you will be there to cover, NO MORE back to back coverage, unless it is an ER

4.ALL hosts must be in their lobby's no later than 30 minutes before
tourney start.---> Late hosts will no longer be acceptable without properable cause
FIRST NO SHOW ---> will be a 3 day suspension from hillbillies'
SECOND NO SHOW ---> will be a 30 day suspension from hillbillies' + TD Recert Testing
THIRD NO SHOW ---> will be grounds for dismissal from hillbillies' , with no chance to return to the club...

5.Seating assignments are to be as short as possible also
NO MORE excessive macros for this
either you run the triple play seating or the one i sent out

6.All Events are to start top of the hour no later
Rules must be run,1 minute b4 top of hour, immediately followed by seating assignments.
The remaining players who are in the lobby and not assigned are to be parded with someone. No players arriving past 10 past the hour are to to be seated unless they are subbing for a booted player or the host on duty...

7.No Recruiting is allowed in any lobby by any1
1st time is warning
2nd time mute + file complaint with snapshot with iplay
3rd time kick from lobby + ban from ALL HB events for 1 month + file complaint with snapshot with iplay

8.If you come into a lobby and the host on duty is running late, host up until that host has arrived, this way the lobbies are covered at all times. DO NOT just come into the lobbies and sit there

9.If there are hosts in HIDDEN nics, there is a reason behind it.
NO HOST has the right to disclose the identity of any hosts w/o permission.......will be grounds for dismissal from hillbillies.
